The policy below covers orders placed through this website’s shopping bag and Shopify checkout.

Prints purchased on Etsy

Print purchases are completed on Etsy. Before ordering, check the selected Etsy listing for its delivery destinations, charges, estimated dates, and return and cancellation terms.

Where we deliver

Our first shop serves the United States. A delivery address must be accepted at checkout before an order can be placed. Availability can differ by product and destination.

Charges and delivery dates

The available delivery service and delivery charge must be shown before you pay. Delivery times vary by product and destination. The order confirmation records the terms for your purchase. We do not currently promise a fixed delivery window for the whole collection.

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax or import charge we collect will be identified before payment. We will explain any import charges payable separately before you order; do not assume that duties are included unless your order says so.

Your parcel

Sunday Stereo is responsible for your order and customer support. CJdropshipping fulfils our CJ products from the warehouse available for the selected item. Gelato fulfils our print products through its production network. A US delivery address does not mean an item is produced or shipped from the US.

Items in one order may arrive separately. We will provide the available tracking details after dispatch. Separate parcels do not authorise an additional delivery charge after payment.

Delays or missing deliveries

If we cannot meet the dispatch date agreed for your order, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund. We will not hold an order indefinitely while waiting for a supplier or payment settlement.

If your parcel is late, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact office@sundaystereo.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. You do not need to negotiate directly with our fulfilment partners.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address and selected options before ordering. Contact us immediately if something needs correcting. Once a parcel is dispatched we may be unable to redirect it. Our returns and cancellation policy explains your rights.
